DMX’s Ex-Wife Loses Legal Battle With His Estate Over Catalog Ownership

Fan’s are celebrating the life of DMX who would have turned 55 yesterday. At the same time his ex-wife Tashera Simmon’s took an ‘L’ in her lawsuit against DMX’s estate. Simmon’s claims that she co-owned DMX’s intellectual property rights during their marriage and believes she entitled to 50 percent of the revenue accrued during that time – the judge has rejected this claim

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years.
