April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month . . . and you’ll be thrilled to know that most people say they’d NEVER drive distracted.

In a survey, 74% of people claim they’ve never touched their phone while driving over the past year.

OTHER people do it, though. 65% of people say they see OTHER drivers using their phones behind the wheel, at least a couple times a week.

89% say they witness speeding at least a couple times a week . . . 60% see people speeding through school zones . . . and 67% witness red light running at least once a month.

63% of us think that the average driver has gotten WORSE in recent years . . . and 78% think drivers in their state are “reckless.” But 65% of people say THEY have never driven distracted in the past year.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that distracted driving was the cause of over 3,000 deaths, and over 400,000 injuries in just 2024 alone.
