Research from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health examining 45,000 university students has revealed that each hour of screen time in bed reduces sleep duration by 24 minutes.

It takes only one hour of screen time in bed to increase insomnia risks by nearly 60%!

…and with previous research revealing that 95% of all university students using electronic devices in bed, the study suggests that social media can be harmful for sleep.
